Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain high-quality .NET Core services, APIs, and applications.
- Participate in an Agile/Scrum development environment, contributing to sprint planning, estimation, development, testing, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Contribute throughout the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and system design through implementation, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges while helping deliver reliable, scalable, and maintainable software.
- Promote and apply best practices in software architecture, object-oriented design, coding standards, testing, and code quality.
- Partner with Technical Support and other internal teams to investigate, diagnose, and resolve production and deployment-related issues.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and team practices.
- Participate in peer code reviews and knowledge-sharing activities to help foster a culture of collaboration and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years of experience designing, developing, and supporting production software applications.
- 2+ years of professional C# development experience with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Experience developing applications using .NET Core and familiarity with asynchronous and multi-threaded programming concepts.
- Experience working with relational database systems such as Microsoft SQL Server or similar platforms.
- Experience using modern software development tools and practices, including Visual Studio, Git, and Jira.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing business and technical requirements.
