Our platform uses advanced AI to automate the review and analysis of millions of contracts, freeing up legal teams to focus on strategic initiatives. We are currently seeking a talented Backend Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Design and build systems that process and analyze millions of contracts reliably
• Create pipelines that orchestrate Large Language Model (LLM) interactions, data extraction, and clustering algorithms at scale
• Develop the most accurate search and retrieval systems on the market
• Collaborate with lawyers and product managers to build innovative features that leverage the latest advancements in AI

Requirements

• Experience with backend development in Python, Java, or Go
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Knowledge of distributed systems and microservices architecture
• Experience with database design and optimization
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services
• Experience with version control systems (Git)

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field
• At least 3 years of professional experience in backend engineering
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning
• Passionate about building scalable and efficient systems

Skills

• Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Understanding of NLP and machine learning concepts
• Experience with distributed systems and microservices
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Pay

The USD salary range for this role is $158K - $235K. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including experience and expertise.
