Software Engineer

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for writing scripts for data migration during software upgrades, implementing and maintaining database backup and recovery programs, and providing customer support.

Responsibilities

• Write scripts for data migration during software upgrades
• Provide customer support
• Design and implement database backup and recovery programs
• Implement and maintain database security
• Produce documentation for database changes, deliverable to customers and co-contractors
• Handle user inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and analyze user feedback

Requirements

• Active U.S. Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI
• 3+ years of experience with VB.NET or C#.NET (.NET Framework)
• 2+ years of experience with Bash, CMD, PowerShell, or other scripting language
• 1+ years of experience with SQL or another relational database
• 2+ years of database administration experience
• 1+ year experience with MSSQL or Transact-SQL
