Responsibilities
- Resolve problems with complete end-to-end solutions in a fast, agile environment.
- Create and manage software and systems from vision to production readiness.
- Identify and implement system improvements based on client needs and challenges.
- Work collaboratively with a small team on fast-paced development and operational projects.
- Communicate ideas and status updates effectively to peers and management.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Experience with WebSockets for real-time data handling and interactive features.
- Experience with Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and microservice architecture.
- Experience creating and managing SQL and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
- Experience with OCI-compliant containers and container orchestration such as Docker, Podman, or Kubernetes.
- Ability to clearly communicate ideas and status updates to peers and management.
- Ability to work well with a small team on fast-paced development and operational projects.
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
- Bachelor's degree in Software Development, Software Engineering, or Engineering.
- Nice to have: experience with Joint Intelligence Coordination Detachments (JICD), Area of Operation Collection Officers (AOCO), Python 3.12, asyncio, pydantic libraries, DevOps practices and tools, and Atlassian products (Jira & Confluence).
- Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for production systems.
Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $72.12 to $84.14 per hour.
