Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support AI-enabled applications and automation solutions.
• Partner with business and technical teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Build integrations between AI solutions, data sources, and business applications.
• Monitor solution performance and continuously improve reliability and effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and best practices.
• Support the evaluation and adoption of emerging AI technologies.

Requirements

• Experience developing and deploying AI, machine learning, or automation solutions.
• Strong software development and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with data, APIs, and application integrations.
• Knowledge of modern AI platforms, tools, or frameworks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms and modern application architectures.
• Experience with analytics, data engineering, or automation initiatives.
• Knowledge of AI governance, security, or responsible AI practices.
• Experience delivering customer-facing or business-critical applications.

Pay

$165,000 with discretionary bonus
