AI, Software Engineer

What You’ll Be Working On

• Build and deploy AI agents that operate in real-world, customer facing workflows
• Design and implement AI evaluation frameworks to measure quality, reliability, and performance of models and agents
• Develop backend services and APIs supporting agent orchestration, data flow, and evaluation pipelines
• Work across data, models, and infrastructure to move systems from prototype to production
• Collaborate directly with customers to adapt agents to real use cases and constraints

Ideal Background

• Experience or strong interest in applied AI, AI engineering, or forward-deployed systems
• Solid backend engineering fundamentals (APIs, services, debugging production systems)
• Familiarity with LLMs, agents, or evaluation methodologies is a strong plus
• Comfortable in customer-facing situations and fast-changing requirements
• Proficiency in Python, Go (or similar backend language)
• Experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or custom-built systems

Compensation

Depends on experience, junior candidates up to $150K, senior candidates up to $400K.
