Responsibilities

  • Build and deploy the next generation of AI features at Pylon Labs, Inc., rapidly iterating based on direct customer feedback and performance metrics.
  • Improve the underlying quality, performance, and reliability of AI agents and intelligent features within the core support and customer success platform.
  • Take full ownership of technical projects, managing end-to-end delivery from initial architecture to final shipment in a high-autonomy, low-meeting environment.

Requirements

  • Demonstrates strong engineering fundamentals with professional experience in React, Golang, GraphQL, and AWS to build and maintain scalable enterprise software.
  • Thrives in a high-productivity culture where shipping code, autonomous project management, and attention to detail are the primary drivers of success.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco to work in-person with a growing team of over 90 talented professionals.
