What you will do

• Architect and implement core systems for AI agent orchestration, voice infrastructure, and large-scale call scheduling.
• Build advanced simulation and evaluation frameworks to ensure the reliability and persuasiveness of autonomous voice agents.
• Collaborate with founders and product teams to translate customer requirements into maintainable, scalable software solutions using AI coding tools.

The ideal candidate

• Extensive experience designing and delivering major product features within high-growth startup environments, ideally from Seed to Series B.
• Expert proficiency in at least one major programming language and a deep understanding of software design patterns and best practices.
• Proven ability to leverage AI coding agents and internal tooling to increase shipping velocity while maintaining high code quality.
