You will own features end-to-end across an AI-native ERP, from backend architecture to user interfaces. Partnering with product and finance experts, you’ll build automated workflows that drive zero-day closes for high-growth companies. You’ll raise engineering standards through continuous delivery and TDD while helping scale the team through mentorship and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build full-stack features using Kotlin, Spring Boot, and Svelte 5 to automate accounting workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design systems that solve complex financial data and integration challenges.
• Maintain high technical standards through code reviews, automated testing, and ensuring production reliability at scale.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience engineering complex, large-scale systems with strong backend fundamentals and frontend proficiency.
• Strong product instincts and the ability to navigate difficult technical tradeoffs with the user in mind.
• Thrives in high-agency environments where they can design strategies and deliver results without needing constant assignments.
