What you will do

• Build and ship complex product modules and UI components using agentic development tools like Claude Code and a purpose-built skills library.
• Manage multiple parallel agent workstreams, conducting meticulous diff reviews to ensure every deploy meets strict behavioral testing standards.
• Maintain a clean boundary between the product surface area and core calculation logic by collaborating closely with internal data engineering teams.

The ideal candidate

• 4+ years of full-stack experience (React/TypeScript and Python) with a track record of shipping polished, user-centric product surfaces.
• Proven experience using agentic coding tools like Claude Code or Cursor as a primary development workflow to ship production-ready features.
• A quality-first mindset characterized by assuming AI agents make mistakes and proactively writing behavioral tests to prevent regression risks.
