You will manage multiple agentic workflows in parallel to ship complex data features while maintaining extreme accuracy. What you will do

• Run 4-10 AI agents in parallel to execute feature development across the full stack, focusing on throughput and quality.
• Design the "harness" for AI-generated code, including evaluation frameworks and behavioral tests to ensure data integrity.
• Partner with product leadership to translate complex financial workflows into actionable technical specs for agentic execution.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-stack experience shipping production applications using TypeScript, React, and Python or similar languages.
• Demonstrated experience using agentic tools like Claude Code or Cursor on production-grade code, not just personal experiments.
• A mindset that prioritizes product impact and feature delivery over the manual craft of authoring every line of code.
