AI-Native Product Engineer

About the role

As an AI-Native Product Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge AI products that enhance user experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to ensure that your work aligns with business goals and user needs.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-driven solutions that improve product functionality and user experience.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain scalable and efficient AI models using state-of-the-art frameworks and technologies.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing AI systems through testing, debugging, and optimization.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and apply these insights to your projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in software engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and their applications.
• Experience with at least one major programming language (Python, Java, C++, etc.) and relevant libraries/frameworks.
• Proficiency in version control systems (Git).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Understanding of ethical considerations in AI development.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
