Software Development Snr Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of the enterprise Agent Platform, ensuring it meets the needs of enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with SLT to define and execute the platform's architecture, product experience, and operating model.
• Guide and mentor a team of developers, providing leadership and expertise to ensure high-quality work.
• Establish efficient processes and best practices for the development team, promoting a productive and innovative work environment.
• Engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with Oracle's strategic goals.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, incorporating them into the platform's development roadmap.
• Ensure the platform's scalability, performance, and security, adhering to Oracle's high standards.
• Document and communicate the platform's progress, challenges, and achievements to relevant parties.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging feedback and innovation within the development team.
• Represent Oracle at industry events and conferences, showcasing the Agent Platform's capabilities and potential.

Pay & Schedule

• Hiring Range: $133,100 - $306,400 per year.
• May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
