About This Job Axos Bank is seeking a Software Development Manager, AVP to lead engineering delivery for Axos Bank's Core Services platform, the backbone of the enterprise. This leader will own end-to-end design, development, delivery, and production stability across multiple backend services that underpin all lines of business. This role requires a hands-on engineering leader with deep expertise in .NET and distributed systems, combined with strong production ownership, incident management, and delivery governance capabilities. Experience with OutSystems—or a demonstrated willingness to learn it—is a key asset as the team expands its low-code/rapid delivery capabilities alongside traditional development. This is an on-site position that may be based at any Axos office location nationwide.
