Responsibilities
- Design, build, and evolve reliable, scalable full-stack services and applications, including system design (LLD), API design, and data modeling for clearly scoped product capabilities across both frontend and backend components.
- Deliver end-to-end features across the full software development lifecycle by implementing designs, writing high-quality code, creating and executing tests, and contributing to deployment, monitoring, and ongoing operational support for web-based and service-based experiences.
- Collaborate with other engineers, product managers, designers, and technical partners to understand requirements, break down work, and implement full-stack technical solutions that integrate with multiple services and domains.
- Improve code quality, reliability, and performance across the stack by following and contributing to best practices in testing, observability, security, accessibility, and operational excellence for the services and user interfaces you work on.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge sharing for both frontend and backend technologies, supporting a culture of learning and continuous improvement while steadily expanding your technical scope and impact.
- Safely integrate and operate AI/ML-enabled solutions that improve outcomes, with familiarity with AI-driven systems, tools, or workflows and applying AI/ML concepts to real world products, including using AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity and code quality.

- Exposure to operating services or applications in production environments, such as contributing to monitoring, on-call support, or improving systems and user experiences based on operational data and feedback.
Qualifications
- Experience contributing to the design and evolution of distributed, full-stack systems and data models that handle significant traffic or data volume, including working with clear, well-versioned API contracts and componentized frontend architectures.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of well-defined full-stack components or features, make sound implementation tradeoffs across frontend and backend, and align solutions with established architectural and domain standards.
- Practice driving operational improvements within your area, such as enhancing observability, automating repetitive workflows, improving performance and resilience of services and UIs, or optimizing cost efficiency of the solutions you support.
- Hands-on experience using AI-driven tools, platforms, or workflows in the software development lifecycle, and safely integrating AI/ML-enabled components into production services or user experiences under guidance from more experienced engineers, for example leveraging AI-based recommendations or personalization APIs.
- Familiarity with AI-driven systems, tools, or workflows and applying AI/ML concepts to real world products, including using experimentation, metrics, and analytics to iterate on full-stack features and improve technical and customer outcomes.
