Software Development Engineer, Amazon Connect - Proactive Engagement

Responsibilities

• Blend vision with curiosity and Amazon’s real-world experience to build opinionated, turnkey solutions that solve enduring business challenges.
• Create the most customer-centric experiences with highly reliable, scalable, and secure engagement services that build customer knowledge, trust, and drive growth.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Experience with cloud-based technologies and platforms
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $143,700.00 - $194,400.00 annually.
