Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize complex systems.
• Lead design and architecture efforts, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical guidance and feedback.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of the codebase.
• Ensure system reliability and scalability through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in software development and AI.

Requirements

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience.
• 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience.
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience.

Skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS).
• Knowledge of software development methodologies and tools.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $168,100.00 - $227,400.00 USD annually.
