Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, resilient systems for a cloud-based contact center
• Collaborate with senior technical leaders to deliver high-quality, customer-focused solutions
• Implement and maintain AI and ML technologies to enhance customer experiences
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software development experience
• 2+ years of design or architecture experience
• Experience with at least one software programming language

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Full software development life cycle experience

Skills

• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals
• Practical industry experience across modern web, SOA, NoSQL databases, AI, ML, Big Data
