Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain cloud-based contact center solutions using modern web, SOA, NoSQL databases, AI, ML, Big Data technologies.
  • Work closely with senior technical leaders within the team and across AWS to design and deliver scalable, resilient systems.
  • Solve real customer problems by designing and implementing features that enhance the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and products.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall quality of the codebase.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
  • 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience.
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience.

Skills

  • Sound understanding of computer science fundamentals and practical industry experience.
  • Experience with modern web, SOA, NoSQL databases, AI, ML, Big Data technologies.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).

Schedule

Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
