About the role

The Software Developer Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions using various cloud platforms and tools. They will also be involved in the entire software development lifecycle, from design to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions using AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL, and vector databases.
• Write scripts in Bash and PowerShell.
• Use Python for production-level applications, including fine-tuning and prompt engineering for large language models.
• Build and optimize time series forecasting models and anomaly detection systems.
• Create and deploy recommender systems using collaborative filtering and ranking models.
• Utilize MLOps tools like MLflow, Weights & Biases, Kubeflow, and Airflow.
• Perform distributed training on large-scale multi-GPU/multi-node clusters.
• Apply computer vision techniques using PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, and YOLO.
• Develop and manage feature stores and perform advanced feature engineering.
• Optimize models through quantization, pruning, and knowledge distillation.
• Work with LLM models such as Ollama and Huggingface.
• Deploy and maintain multiple AI/ML models serving real users.

Requirements

• 8 Years of experience in Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI).
• 8 Years of experience in DevOps (Ansible, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
• 8 Years of experience in Databases (SQL - PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL/vector databases).
• 8 Years of experience in Scripting (Bash and PowerShell).
• 8 Years of experience in CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• 3 Years of experience in Python (3-5+ years production experience, primary language).
• 3 Years of experience in NLP/LLMs (Transformers - BERT, GPT, T5, RAG systems, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, building LLM applications).
• 3 Years of experience in Time Series (Forecasting models, anomaly detection, sequential data modeling, real-time monitoring).
• 3 Years of experience in Recommender Systems (Collaborative filtering, ranking models, personalization, content recommendations).
• 3 Years of experience in MLOps Tools (MLflow, Weights & Biases, Kubeflow, Airflow).
• 3 Years of experience in Distributed Training (Large-scale multi-GPU/multi-node training).
• 3 Years of experience in Computer Vision (PyTorch/TensorFlow, OpenCV, YOLO, detection, segmentation, real-time inference).
• 3 Years of experience in Feature stores (Feast, Tecton) or advanced feature engineering.
• 3 Years of experience in Model optimization (quantization, pruning, knowledge distillation).
• 3 Years of experience in LLM Models (Ollama, Huggingface).
• 2 Years of experience in AI/ML Production (2-3+ models serving real users).

Preferred Experience

• 1 Year of experience in Geospatial Information Systems (GIS) and spatial data analysis.
• 1 Year of experience in Transportation, logistics, or smart city sectors.
• 1 Year of experience in Computer Vision applied to infrastructure or vehicular data.
• 1 Year of experience in Public sector data compliance, security, and governance standards.
• 1 Year of experience with Unreal gaming engine and real-world digital twinning.
• 1 Year of experience with Google Maps Cesium API.
• 1 Year of experience with Polygonflow Dash.
