- 72 months of experience developing, building, and testing Java EE applications using modern IDEs, such as Eclipse, Netbeans, or IntelliJ.
- 72 months of experience using J2EE frameworks such as Spring or Struts and Application Servers such as Tomcat, JBoss, Websphere or Weblogic.
- 60 months of system analysis and design experience for multi-tiered transactional systems, and experience writing technical design specification documents for multi-faceted component-based systems.
- 12 months of experience with a Government Taxation organization, which includes business knowledge, technical design, development, maintenance, and end user support of complex Tax Returns processing.
- 60 months of experience writing SQL statements for relational databases.
- 36 months of experience in messaging technologies, such as MQ, JMS, Kafka.
