We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role (maybe summary), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use

for each section heading. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "How To Apply", "Conditions of Employment" maybe? Conditions of Employment includes background check, drug screening, etc. That's likely boilerplate legal; we should remove it. Also remove "Equal Opportunity Employer" etc. Also remove "How To Apply" etc. Keep substantive: Department, Salary, Welcome paragraph, Mission, Guiding Principles maybe part of About the role? The summary: "The City of Charlotte Innovation & Technology (I&T) Department – Enterprise Applications Division is seeking an experienced Software Developer Senior..." That's about the role. Also "Major Duties And Responsibilities" list. Then "Programming Languages Knowledge, Skills and Abilities" includes many bullet-like paragraphs. We need to turn those into
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we need to parse duties list: "Design and Development: ..." each bullet separated by period? Actually they are sentences with colon headings. We'll treat each as a list item. Similarly, "Programming Languages Knowledge, Skills and Abilities" includes many items each starting with bold headings. We'll treat each as list item under Skills or Requirements? Probably Skills section. Also "Experience Years of Experience: Typically, 5+ years..." etc. That's qualifications. Also "Additional Knowledge" etc. Also "Preferred Qualifications" list. Also "Minimum Qualifications" list. Also "Benefits" section: "The City of Charlotte provides a comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees. Click here to learn more..." That's vague; we should not create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It says they provide a comprehensive benefits package but no specifics. According to rule: never create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It states they provide a comprehensive benefits package but no detail; that might be considered not specific. The rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state they provide a comprehensive benefits package, but not specifics. Might be considered stating benefits exist but not details. The instruction: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state they provide a comprehensive benefits package, so we could include Benefits section with that sentence. However also rule: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Might be okay to include Benefits with that sentence. Pay: Salary range is given: $98,731.00 - $141,926.09 Commensurate with Experience. That's specific, so include Pay section. Schedule: Not mentioned. So omit Schedule. Now we need to avoid repeating job title as heading. The page already shows it, so we don't add heading for Software Developer Senior. We need to include Department maybe as metadata? Could fold into short p. We need to preserve all substantive information. So include department, salary, welcome paragraph, mission, guiding principles maybe as part of About the role. Let's structure:
