Software Developer (Salesforce)
What You Will Do
- Develop, enhance, and support Salesforce solutions that enable critical business processes and technology initiatives.
- Work with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions, build system integrations, and deliver secure, high-quality applications that improve operational efficiency, data flow, and user experience.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Design, develop, test, and support Salesforce applications, workflows, and platform enhancements.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions using Apex, Flow, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and production issues.
- Follow development standards, testing practices, and documentation requirements.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and internal or external systems.
- Build APIs, interface components, and asynchronous processing solutions to support scalable data exchange.
- Support integration testing, monitoring, issue resolution, and security requirements.
- Maintain Salesforce data models, validation rules, and data quality controls.
- Support data migration, conversion, and bulk processing activities.
- Resolve data-related issues and enhance platform reliability through monitoring and performance improvements.
- Maintain technical documentation for configurations, integrations, and support processes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with business analysts, product owners, developers, architects, and other stakeholders to deliver solutions.
- Participate in technical design discussions and ensure alignment with platform and architecture standards.
- Support planning, estimation, testing, and release activities.
Continuous Improvement & Quality
- Follow established development, deployment, and governance standards.
- Contribute to code quality, testing, and maintainability through best practices and peer reviews.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation, and system efficiency.
- Stay current on Salesforce capabilities and emerging technologies.
What You Will Bring To The Role
- 5–7 years of Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.
- Strong experience with Apex, Flow, Salesforce customization, and system integrations.
- Experience building and supporting scalable applications, APIs, and automated workflows.
- Knowledge of modern development practices, including integrations, asynchronous processing, and CI/CD.
- Preferred: Salesforce certifications, Financial Services Cloud or Automotive Cloud experience, and experience within lending, financial services, or other regulated industries.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
