Software Developer - Salesforce

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex application systems using Salesforce and other emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and ensure effective system design and implementation.
• Participate in application architecture functions, including estimating timelines and project tasks.
• Guide team members through change impact analysis and recommend solutions to enhance business processes.
• Create and improve unit and test plans based on organizational needs, ensuring high application performance levels.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Monitor existing application systems for efficiency and identify optimization opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• At least seven years of experience in application development and implementation.
• Strong programming skills and proficiency in Salesforce development.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with a focus on teamwork.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with product and vendor evaluation processes.
• Familiarity with IT standards, procedures, and policies.
• Knowledge of application maintenance and design principles.
• Understanding of system development life cycle and release management.
