This position is ideal for a hands-on developer who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and has a passion for building scalable, high-performing applications.As a senior member of the development team, you'll partner with business stakeholders, architects, analysts, and fellow developers to deliver innovative Salesforce solutions while mentoring junior team members and promoting development best practices.What You'll Do Participate in requirements gathering, design workshops, and solution discussions with business and IT stakeholdersAnalyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutionsDesign, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications and customizationsPartner with technical leadership on solution architecture and platform strategyDeliver high-quality code aligned with established coding standards and best practicesConduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developersPerform unit testing, support deployments, and troubleshoot production issuesDemonstrate new features and functionality to stakeholders throughout the development lifecycleCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful project deliveryStay current with Salesforce platform innovations, cloud technologies, and industry trendsSupport software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes, quality standards, and internal controls What You'll Need (Required) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)6-9 years of professional software development experienceStrong Salesforce development experience, including modern Salesforce platforms and technologiesDeep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and development best practicesExperience designing and delivering medium to large-scale enterprise applicationsStrong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skillsExperience conducting code reviews and mentoring developersExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams and stakeholders Nice to Have (Preferred) Salesforce platform certificationsEnterprise cloud application developmentApplication architecture and solution designLarge-scale Salesforce implementations and integrationsAgile development environments EEO & AccommodationMojo Trek is an equal opportunity employer committed to building an inclusive team where everyone feels welcome.
