Qualifications

Mandatory Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent from an accredited institution (copy of degree required with Candidate Proposal Response).
• 4 years of experience with all facets of the software development process, including research, design, programming, testing, and implementation of computer software.
• 4 years of experience with Java frameworks and technologies such as Spring Boot and Java EE (servlet, JPA, etc.).
• 4 years of experience with relational database platforms and technologies (e.g., Oracle SQL, PostgreSQL).
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• 4 years of experience designing, implementing, and deploying Single Page Web Applications, preferably using Angular and TypeScript.
• 4 years of experience with SPA fundamentals, including component‑based architecture, dynamic rendering, and asynchronous programming.
• 4 years of experience in REST API design and implementation, with strong knowledge of API security, authentication, and authorization.
• 4 years of experience with Git version control operations and branching strategies.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation technologies.
