Software Developer II - Customer Growth

About the role

Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, analysts, and other engineers to shape the user journey from first click to customer.
Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on experiments that drive measurable improvements in conversion and engagement.
Own the full lifecycle of features, from technical design and implementation to monitoring and optimization.
Help shape the team’s technical direction and contribute to decisions around architecture, tooling, and best practices.
Participate in code reviews, provide mentorship to junior engineers, and foster a culture of learning and collaboration.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional full-stack software development experience specifically in React, Javascript, PostgresSQL, Hibernate, Kafka, AWS, Datadog and Java
• Proven track record of designing, building, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment, handle ambiguity, and empathize with customers
• Experience using AI code generation tools such as GitHub Copilot, Anthropic Claude Code, Cursor, or similar
• Bridges a product mindset: curious about user behavior, driven to improve the user experience, and motivated by business impact

Qualifications

• Previous experience working on A/B-experimentation teams a plus
