What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and enhance solutions within the NICE CX platform ecosystem
- Build and customize capabilities beyond out-of-the-box functionality to meet business needs
- Support day-to-day platform operations, including troubleshooting and continuous improvement
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Develop and support integrations with tools such as knowledge management systems, AI-powered agent assist solutions, workflow automation tools and Outbound Dialer programs
- Participate in innovation initiatives involving Agentic AI, Next Best Action, intelligent workflows and how these and others can drive internal and external experience
- Help evaluate and pilot new technologies
- Improve system reliability, scalability, and performance
What You Bring
- 2–5+ years of experience in software development (.net, Python and similar)
- Experience building and supporting enterprise platforms or customer-facing systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience with APIs, integrations and cloud platforms
- Interest in AI/ML, automation, or conversational AI
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Strong Database experience – SQL preferred
- Nice to have: Experience with NICE CXone or similar platforms (preferred), Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms, Agile experience
