Software Developer

About the role

StratasCorp Technologies has an immediate opening for a Software Developer to support the Navy Information Operations Database (NIODB) in support of the Navy’s Electronic Warfare Data (EWD) mission. The role involves providing development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and sustainment for the NIODB Electronic Distribution capability, with a focus on Fleet Tactical/Training Libraries using .NET MVC.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain the NIODB Tactical Reprogramming Exchange (T-REX) web application using C#
• Work with Oracle databases to retrieve data, including development of queries, functions, and procedures using SQL and PL/SQL
• Participate in software development meetings
• Create, update, and maintain project Kanban boards using Azure DevOps
• Collaborate with team members to achieve development goals
• Review requirements documentation and create Level of Effort documentation in response
• Maintain personal certifications, education, and training

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of demonstrated experience in professional software development
• Minimum 2+ years of demonstrated experience in C#
• Experience developing complex SQL queries, procedures, and functions
• Ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI clearance prior to hire
• Must possess, or be able to obtain prior to hire, DOD 8570 CSWF certification: Security+ CE

Pay

The anticipated salary range for this role is $130,000 to $160,000 annually. The final starting salary will be determined based on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, education, certifications, work location, internal equity, and market considerations.
