Software Developer

About the role

The successful candidate will research, plan, design, and develop the technical implementation of new products and platforms to enhance customer experience while minimizing disruptions to operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop a business-specific monitoring tool to view customer/student questions and requests, uploaded documents, and application progress using dashboards
• Expand and upgrade features of existing products and integrate into company software
• Designate root causes in current cloud-based tools and implement solutions
• Recommend actions to improve system standards
• Prepare technical reports for management concerning project activities and status
• Create training programs to adapt staff to new or modified tools

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or Computer Science is required.

Schedule

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
