We've been supporting this customer on many different sub-projects of this program since our founding in 2013. GRVTY is seeking a Software Developer with a TS/SCI + Poly clearance to join one of our top projects in Chantilly, VA.
Responsibilities
- Develop web-based training (WBTs), online training courses, websites, or other e-learning solutions
- Design, build, and maintain websites using Joomla, CSS, HTML, and related technologies
- Create print products such as posters, books, and presentation materials
- Use content creation and management tools for web design, graphic design, animation, videography, photography, and audio recording/editing/distribution
- Solve complex application development problems and provide advice on product design
- Access and use images/graphics from platforms like ENVATO and Shutterstock
- Utilize JIRA or other IT ticket/work tracking systems
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a training environment
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance
- Demonstrated experience with Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Bridge, PDF, Dreamweaver, After Effects, or similar software
- Demonstrated experience with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and HTML
- Demonstrated experience with MS PowerPoint, OneNote, and Word
- Demonstrated experience with Adobe Captivate
- Demonstrated experience creating motion graphic products (preferred)
- Demonstrated experience with JavaScript (JS) (preferred)
- Demonstrated experience with graphic design, including animation and 3D animation (preferred)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Graphic Design, Multimedia Development, Online Learning, or other related field from an accredited institution
- UX/UI Ability Certification from an accredited institution (preferred)

Pay
Virginia Pay Range: $150,000—$250,000 USD
