DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, build, and maintain user-facing features and reusable UI components for application
- Translate product and UX concepts into accessible, performant code, prototype interactions in code and iterate based on user feedback and product metrics
- Collaborate with product design, engineering, and operations to scope technical constraints and align architecture with use flows
- Ensure conformance with web accessibility standards and cross-browser compatibility
- Test, debug and document application functionality
- Monitor and improve reliability and performance
- Contribute to and steward the in-code design system
- Mentor new team members in our design-engineering practices
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Master's in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Software Engineering, or related field
