About the Role

The role involves taking ownership from understanding a business workflow and identifying inefficiencies through development, integration, testing, and deployment of end-to-end technical solutions using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Document Intelligence, Python, APIs, and Power Automate.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI and automation solutions to streamline business workflows.
• Build backend applications and REST APIs using Python and Flask.
• Integrate applications and AI services using REST APIs and JSON.
• Work with SQL/Snowflake, Pandas, structured datasets, and data pipelines.
• Develop practical GenAI solutions using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, and Document Intelligence.
• Automate manual business processes using Python, RPA, and Power Automate.
• Develop responsive frontend interfaces and dashboards using React.
• Containerize applications using Docker and support CI/CD deployments.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize application and automation performance.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and deliver end-to-end solutions.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on Python development experience
• Strong backend development experience using Python and Flask
• Hands-on experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs
• Strong SQL/database experience; Snowflake highly preferred
• Hands-on experience with Pandas
• Practical experience with Azure AI technologies, including Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry and/or Azure AI Document Intelligence
• Experience developing AI/automation solutions for business processes
• Experience with RPA and/or Microsoft Power Automate
• Ability to troubleshoot applications, integrations, and automation workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Qualifications

• Desired skills include React development experience, Docker/containerization, Git/version control, CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments, YAML-based configuration, Infrastructure automation, Agile/Scrum experience, and experience translating business requirements into technical automation solutions.
