About the role

The AWS Field Experience (AFX), Revenue Lifecycle Automation and Intelligence (RAIn) team is seeking a passionate, innovative, and results-oriented Software Development Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable solutions that empower our field teams.
• Solve complex business problems with industry best practices and standards.
• Define meaningful metrics and create systems that operate reliably at scale.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, automation, testing, and operations experience.
• 6 years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience.
• 5 years of leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services experience.
• 1 year of experience building Agents using AWS tech stack.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
• Experience with Micro Front end is a plus.
