Software Dev Engineer II, AWS Infra Supply Chain Automation

About the role

AWS Supply Chain Management Team is seeking a software developer to design and create enterprise-class products from scratch. This role involves architecting, designing, and implementing federated and highly scalable distributed systems with high availability, low latency, and high throughput using AWS latest technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex software systems using C#, C++, Java, or Perl
• Design and implement large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs and innovative solutions
• Use object-oriented design principles to create robust and scalable software solutions
• Work with latest native AWS technologies to build and deploy enterprise-class products

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
• 1+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services using: C#, C++, Java, or Perl
• 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field

• Thorough understanding of algorithms and data structures
• Inventive in problem-solving
• Unafraid to think outside the box

Skills

• Full software development life cycle experience

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $143,700.00 - $194,400.00 annually.
