Principal Product Manager, AWS Infra Supply Chain Automation
Key job responsibilities
- Define and own the multi-year product roadmap for Supply Chain Execution software supporting AWS Infrastructure, balancing strategic vision with tactical execution to deliver customer value
- Drive consensus across business and technology stakeholders by clearly articulating complex trade-offs, potential solutions, and strategic decisions to senior leadership up to VP level
- Manage the full lifecycle of complex cross-functional programs with significant impact across multiple organizations, tactically driving teams to deliver on ambitious goals
- Identify gaps and opportunities across regions, processes, and systems, creating and optimizing critical mechanisms that ensure long-term program success
- Decompose complex supply chain business problems into straightforward, efficient software solutions, applying strong data-driven business judgment and strategic thinking to prioritize and tackle intrinsically hard problems
A day in the life
You'll start your day analyzing supply chain execution metrics and customer feedback to identify optimization opportunities. You'll facilitate strategy sessions with engineering leaders to align on technical approaches, then meet with business stakeholders to gather requirements and validate solutions. Your afternoons might include presenting roadmap updates to senior leadership, mentoring other product managers on best practices, or diving deep into operational data to inform product decisions. Throughout, you'll balance strategic thinking with hands-on problem solving, ensuring your vision translates into tangible execution.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 8+ years of end to end product delivery experience
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
- Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
