Responsibilities

• Use design patterns, re-use, and efficient coding best practices to deliver high-quality work on tight schedules.
• Partner with global development team(s) for successful software delivery.
• Design and develop end-to-end solutions that enhance software architecture and automate solutions.
• Leverage evolving technology to implement solutions.
• Build reliable, high-performance Web Services, APIs, Micro-Services, Micro-Frontends, and SDKs that improve customers' experience.
• Learn from others and help grow those in your team to achieve their best.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.

About the team

The AB Services team, established in Q2 2022, enables turnkey solutions that reduce costs, improve operational efficiency, and free up bandwidth for businesses to focus on their core operations. You will be part of a team responsible for all aspects of the customer experience—from the visual interface to back-end services—working with new technologies to improve usability, performance, and scalability. Your work will help redefine industry standards and translate business requirements into technical deliverables, ensuring operationally stable solutions with a strong customer experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of new and existing systems.
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language.
• 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience.
• 1+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded, or distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services using: C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
• 1+ years of Object-Oriented Design experience.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

Pay

Base salary range: $143,700.00 - $194,400.00 USD annually (Seattle, WA). Your compensation package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
