Software Deployment Specialist

About the role

This position supports the global enterprise Agilent OpenLAB CDS Project, focusing on building and deploying AIC's, maintaining system lifecycle documentation, assisting with lab migrations, and troubleshooting instrument onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AIC computers at Rahway and West Point sites (on-site support) and provide remote support for other Merck sites.
• Complete validation or qualification (IQ/OQ) documentation for Merck review and approval.
• Develop and execute comprehensive checklists and test scripts.
• Resolve AIC build-related issues.
• Interact with Merck project core and extended teams, attending meetings as necessary.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in the use or support of chromatography data systems and instrumentation in a regulated environment.
• Preferred experience in the use or support of Agilent OpenLAB CDS 2.x chromatography system and instruments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to mediate between technical teams and business end users.
• Ability to travel to Rahway and West Point as necessary for on-site efforts.

Skills

• Previous experience using JIRA, Xray/Vera, and ServiceNow is a plus.
