Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on software solutions and strategies to meet client requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and architect software solutions that align with client goals. Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of the proposed solutions.
  • Manage and coordinate software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Monitor project progress and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Actively participate in hands-on software development when needed. Contribute to coding, testing, and debugging activities to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Stay up to date of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Apply this knowledge to enhance and optimize software development processes.
  • Create comprehensive technical documentation for software solutions, ensuring clarity and completeness for both internal teams and clients.
  • Provide training and support to clients on implemented solutions. Ensure smooth knowledge transfer and assist clients in maximizing the benefits of the software.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in software consulting or related field.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and tools.
  • Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
  • Experience with database management systems like SQL.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence).

Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Work in the PCI Norman office on a hybrid basis (some days at home and some days in the Norman office).
