About the Role

Endurion seeks experienced senior military leaders to provide leadership, professional military education, and operational-level instruction to international SOF NCOs, warrant officers, and senior enlisted leaders. Candidates should possess substantial experience leading within SOF or joint organizations and be capable of mentoring emerging senior leaders preparing for operational and strategic assignments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver recurring, interim instruction for the Joint Special Operations University (JSOU) under a multi-year contract supporting USSOCOM.
• Teach the following core subject-matter areas:

  • International SOF Noncommissioned Officer Integration Course
  • International Mid-Level Leaders Course
  • Summit International
  • Related international NCO and senior enlisted education

Qualifications

• Retired or former E8/E9, warrant officer, or senior military leader
• SOF Senior Enlisted Leader experience
• Command Senior Enlisted Leader experience
• Joint Special Operations Forces Senior Enlisted Academy graduate or instructor
• Senior Enlisted Academy graduate
• Joint/Combatant Command/SOCOM staff experience
• Experience advising O-6 through GO/FO-level commanders
• International partner engagement experience (highly desired)
