Responsible for developing and implementing curriculum for SOF-P instructors, focusing on enhancing tactical training and operational readiness.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs that meet operational requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Military Science, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in military training or curriculum development.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective training programs.
• Strong leadership skills and experience working with teams.

Qualifications

• Active duty military status or recent military experience.
• Experience with SOF-P units and operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
