SOF HUMINT SME with Security Clearance

About the role

The SOF HUMINT SME will support a federal government client. Key responsibilities include:

• Reside within the MRSG T-Cell and understand MARFORSOC organization, structure, and mission.
• Participate in required meetings.
• Advise, assist, and coordinate CI/HUMINT script writing.
• Interview and manage uniformed and contracted HUMINT role players for TRX I and TRX II training.
• Coordinate with MRSG T-Cell personnel for AAR preparation and other required documents.
• Support F3EAD process and Operations/Intelligence Fusion for HUMINT operations.
• Develop and implement exercise storylines and vignettes.
• Drive government vehicles to transport personnel and equipment to training.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SOF experience.
• Minimum of 2 SOF combat deployments, including 1 employing CAT I TTPs.
• 3 years operational experience conducting CI/HUMINT at positions of responsibility.
• Current driver's license.
• Former Warrant Officer or SNCO.
• Advanced Source Operations Course (ASOC) or DATC graduate.
• Defense Strategic Debriefer Course graduate.
• Asset Validation and Asset Risk Management long course graduate.
• Sensitive Activities Communication Course (SACC) qualified.
• Willingness to attend SOCE course, if required.
