About the role
DCU Institute of Future Media, Democracy and Society is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our research team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis in areas related to media, democracy, and society.
- Contribute to the development and execution of research projects.
- Prepare research outputs, including reports, publications, and presentations.
- Collaborate with team members and external partners.
- Assist in the dissemination of research findings.
Requirements
- A relevant postgraduate qualification (PhD or Masters) in a related field.
- Proven research experience and a track record of publications.
- Strong analytical and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Experience in qualitative and/or quantitative research methods.
- Knowledge of media and communication studies, political science, or related disciplines.
- Familiarity with the Irish media and political landscape is desirable.

- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
