Social Worker/Therapist (Bilingual Spanish)

Location: Trenton, NJ Full-Time Schedule: Monday-Friday | 40 hours/week Part-Time Schedule: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday | 3 PM or 4 PM-7 PM; Saturday | 9 AM-2 PM Job Overview We are seeking a bilingual Spanish Social Worker/Therapist to provide counseling services to children, youth, and supportive family members in a community-based setting. Key Responsibilities Provide individual counseling to children and youth, including Spanish-speaking clients.Provide counseling using TF-CBT and other appropriate approaches.Conduct client intakes, screenings, and assessments.Maintain an assigned client caseload and clinical documentation.Make referrals based on client and family needs.Participate in case reviews and clinical team meetings.Maintain professional and ethical standards. Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.Active LAC, LPC, LSW, or LCSW license.Experience providing individual/group counseling to children or youth.Bilingual Spanish proficiency in speaking and writing.Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and clinical skills.Cultural competency and commitment to professional ethics.
