Social Worker/Therapist (Bilingual Spanish)

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Spanish Social Worker/Therapist to provide counseling services to children, youth, and supportive family members in a community-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual counseling to children and youth, including Spanish-speaking clients.
• Provide counseling using TF-CBT and other appropriate approaches.
• Conduct client intakes, screenings, and assessments.
• Maintain an assigned client caseload and clinical documentation.
• Make referrals based on client and family needs.
• Participate in case reviews and clinical team meetings.
• Maintain professional and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Active LAC, LPC, LSW, or LCSW license.
• Experience providing individual/group counseling to children or youth.
• Bilingual Spanish proficiency in speaking and writing.
• Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and clinical skills.
• Cultural competency and commitment to professional ethics.

Schedule

Full-Time Schedule: Monday-Friday | 40 hours/week; Part-Time Schedule: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday | 3 PM or 4 PM-7 PM; Saturday | 9 AM-2 PM
