About the role
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide quality, competent, safe, and compassionate care based on established standards in patient-focused preventive, treatment, and counseling services.
- Knowledge of the DSM-V
- Understanding of psychosis, OCD, and Substance Use Disorder Counseling
- Recovery-oriented and trauma-informed care
- Proficiency in Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Behavioral Activation
- Bilingual Spanish required
- Must be able to work onsite and every other Saturday
Requirements
- LCSW certification required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sensitivity to cultural, religious, racial, disability, and gender issues
- Experience or understanding of eClinical Works is helpful
- Ability to demonstrate teamwork and effective interpersonal skills
- Excellent computer skills

Pay
Hourly salary range: $70,000 – $90,000, based on experience and credentials.
