Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work from a CSWE-accredited school
- Licensed or certified as an advanced practice social worker
- Experience in large-scale program coordination and administration
- Knowledgeable in developing policies, procedures, and practice guidelines
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external partners
Responsibilities
- Serve as a member of the MHS Executive Team
- Oversee performance measures across MHS (SAIL, ORYX, HEDIS)
- Provide administrative oversight to assigned programs
- Develop, analyze, and maintain practice data for clinical reviews
- Advise service-level and executive management on clinical or administrative issues
- Monitor the Patient Advocate Tracking System (PATS) for resolution of patient concerns
- Act as fiscal backup for the MHS Business Manager
