Qualifications
- Basic Requirements:
- United States Citizenship: Required
- Education: Master's degree in social work from a CSWE-accredited school
- Licensure: Must be licensed or certified as a social worker at the advanced practice level
- Driver's License: Current, valid state-issued driver's license
- Preferred Experience:
- Training facilitation and TMS administrator experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provides educational instruction and training for all staff requiring PMDB education in various settings
- Coordinates and manages training activities associated with the PMDB program
- Ensures appropriate documentation is maintained within the employee Education System (EES)
- Obtains and maintains facility and master-level PMDB trainer certification
- Collaborates with facility trainers for ongoing continuing education and instructor coverage
- Maintains organizational compliance with PMDB education requirements
- Completes annual PMDB training reports and monitors program effectiveness
- Serves as a mandatory member of the Disruptive Behavior Committee (DBC)
- Supports completion of the annual Workplace Behavioral Risk Assessment
- Tracks employee compliance with educational standards related to workplace violence prevention
- Supports implementation of policies and procedures related to behavioral response and workplace violence prevention initiatives
- Assists with administrative inquiries and supports implementation of policies and procedures related to behavioral response and workplace violence prevention initiatives
Skills
- Knowledge of program coordination and administration
- Ability to write policies, procedures, and/or practice guidelines for the program
- Supervisory skills, including organizing work, setting priorities, meeting deadlines, and evaluating assigned program areas
- Training facilitation and TMS administrator experience preferred

- Full-time employees with a total family income below $144,000 may be eligible for a childcare subsidy up to 25% of total eligible childcare costs for eligible children up to the monthly maximum of $416.66
