We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Not present. Responsibilities? Duties. Requirements? Qualifications. Benefits? Pay? Schedule? We have Work Schedule: Monday-Friday - 8:00am-4:30pm. Also Pay: Competitive salary and regular salary increases... Also benefits: Paid Time Off, Parental Leave, Child Care Subsidy, Retirement, Insurance, Telework (Ad-Hoc may be available). Also EDRP info: eligible for Education Debt Reduction Program, details. Should we include a Benefits section? Yes, there are benefits described: Paid Time Off, Parental Leave, Child Care Subsidy, Retirement, Insurance, Telework. Also EDRP details could be part of Benefits or separate? The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. So we can have Benefits section with those items. Pay section: we have Pay: Competitive salary and regular salary increases... Also mention Above Minimum Rate of the Grade etc. That's specific enough. Schedule section: we have Work Schedule. We also have Qualifications section: Basic Requirements, Grade Determinations, etc. We'll need to preserve all substantive info. Should we break into subsections? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use those headings exactly. We need to map content. We have Duties (Responsibilities). We have Qualifications (Basic Requirements, Grade Determinations, Preferred Experience). We have Skills? The KSAs are like skills. Could put under Skills section. But we already have Qualifications covering KSAs. Might combine. However instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Qualifications and Skills into one Qualifications section. But we have separate headings list; we can choose to include only those with content. Let's decide: We'll have sections: Responsibilities (duties), Qualifications (basic requirements, grade determinations, preferred experience, KSAs), Benefits (EDRP, Paid Time Off, Parental Leave, Child Care Subsidy, Retirement, Insurance, Telework), Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting. Responsibilities

... duties ...

Maybe use
  • for list of duties. We have duties list with bullet points; we can put each as
  • . Similarly for Qualifications: we can have
    • for each requirement. But we have many sub-items; we can keep as paragraphs or nested lists? The instruction: Use
      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we should convert each list to
        • . For qualifications, we have multiple items; we can make a list. But we also have paragraphs like "Basic Requirements:" etc. Could treat as headings inside? But we only allowed

for section headings. Inside we can use

          or

          • . We'll keep as

            for intro sentences then

            • for each bullet. We need to preserve all details, not lose any. Let's craft. Responsibilities: - Oversees and approves financial transactions and budgets for VRS - RRTP CWT-TR - and MHICM programs. - Completes statistical and other reports in accordance with VA Medical Center and respective professional discipline service policies. - Provides Mental Health professional services to patients participating in VRS - RRTP CWT/TR - and MHICM - as necessary - using the most appropriate psychotherapeutic techniques in providing quality care. - Advises the Chief - Mental Health Services of shifting trends with caseloads and identifying the need for and making recommendations on program procedure or policy changes based upon work experience. - Documents all contacts with patients/families in Computerized Patient Record System. - Participates in national program conference calls regarding the assigned programs and attends VISN and National meetings as required. The incumbent has direct supervisory authority over staff assigned to the VRS - RRTP CWT-TR - and MHICM programs - Social Work and Addiction students who rotate through the programs - as well as overall programmatic and clinical responsibility of the programs." We can put that as

then list. Qualifications: We need to include Basic Requirements, Grade Determinations, KSAs, Preferred Experience, Reference, Full performance level, Actual grade, Physical Requirements. We'll break into

              • for each major bullet; but some items have sub-bullets. We'll just make flat list but include details inside each
              • . Could also nest lists but not required. Let's produce:
