Complete Care is seeking Social Workers (CSW, LSW, MSW) for Director of Social Work and Social Work Assistant positions. The ideal candidates have clinical experience and a strong motivation to serve residents and staff, using their skills to provide excellent care and empower direct‑care staff.

Requirements

• Previous social work experience within a long‑term/skilled nursing environment
• Exceptional people skills
• Competence in using PCC – Point Click Care EHR software
• Upholds a standard of excellence toward peer development and culture creation

Qualifications

• Licensed to work within this state with an unencumbered and active RN Registered Nurse license
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check, and physical evaluation
• Dependable, committed, and ready to join a team environment
