What to Expect
- Provide individual, family, and group counseling, and develop treatment plans, including IEPs, for an assigned caseload.
- Work closely with families, school systems, and external providers to ensure holistic support and access to resources.
- Conduct assessments, including suicide and violence risk screenings, and respond to emergencies as needed.
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment strategies that align with IEP goals and address student needs.
- Aid students in navigating transitions within the educational setting and preparing for life beyond school through vocational and life skills training.
- Maintain clinical records, including progress notes, initial assessments, and required IEP reports, in line with Sheppard Pratt and regulatory standards.
What We Need From You
- Counselor: Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).
- Social Worker: Licensed Master's Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Certified Social Worker – Clinical (LCSW-C), or must submit required documents to apply for licensure within 30 days of accepting the position.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60,569 minimum to $105,414 maximum. Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors, including but not limited to, license and years and level of related experience.
